Payment and Invoicing
Payment terms, fees, and invoicing schedules will be detailed in your service agreement. To maintain uninterrupted service, please ensure timely payments as outlined. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services until payments are up to date.
Client Responsibilities
We aim to deliver the best possible results; however, your cooperation is essential. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information and any materials necessary for us to perform our work effectively. You may also need to grant us access to relevant accounts and systems for efficient service delivery.
Confidentiality
Your privacy and confidentiality are important to us. All information shared with us is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you. Similarly, we ask that you treat any proprietary methods, processes, and strategies provided by us with the same level of confidentiality.
Ownership of Work
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the intellectual property of all work produced during our engagement remains with Saules Finanses SIA. Once full payment has been received, you will receive a license to use the work as intended for your business purposes.
Termination
Both you and Saules Finance have the right to end our agreement by giving written notice. In case of early termination, any outstanding fees for work completed up to the termination date must be settled. We are committed to ensuring a smooth handover where possible.
Guarantees
We are dedicated to providing high-quality services. However, due to varying factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or financial results. We commit to doing our best to support your success within the scope of our services.
Limitation of Liability
While we work diligently to support your business, Saules Finanses SIA is not liable for any indirect losses or damages resulting from the use or application of our services. We strongly recommend adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory compliance requirements for any business decisions.
Dispute Resolution
We value a collaborative, respectful partnership with our clients. In the unlikely event of a dispute, both parties agree to first pursue an amicable resolution through mediation or arbitration before considering legal action.
Amendments
From time to time, we may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or business practices. We will notify you of any changes, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, and any legal proceedings arising from them will be handled within its jurisdiction.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with your specific service agreement, represent the complete agreement between you and Saules Finanses SIA, superseding any previous discussions, understandings, or representations.
